Our Healing Hearts online free support group is our entry into betrayal trauma group, specifically designed for women who are struggling with anger and hurt from a betrayal in their marriage or relationship. While anger and hurt are the two typically expressed symptoms of betrayal trauma, they are not the root. Never the less, support is needed to make a space for women to express this hurt and their anger where they can be heard. Our group is open to all women suffering from this stage of betrayal, is free of cost or obligation, and is fully online via zoom. Led by Cindy, our Master Coach in betrayal trauma, you will hear the truth about how to cope, where you are stuck, and in some cases, where you are in error, in loving support, so that you can find relief from the trap of bitterness. The ladies meet every Monday at 7pm eastern, online, and have ongoing support through the GroupMe app for help and connection outside group. 

Our Overcomers Group is free and focuses on the journey of porn addiction/sexual acting out recover while helping the men learn to make their wives safe once more. This is an open process group covering a wide variety of topics men face in their personal journey, in their efforts to repair the collateral damages that they have caused to their relationships, and to learn to understand and empathize with their wives’ perspective and see through her pain and trauma that was triggered by his conditioning from a lifetime of porn indoctrination. We don’t shame men for what they learned as kids and unwittingly carried into their adult lives, we support them in learning to overcome that conditioning and move forward to permanent victory and relief. We meet online each Saturday at 10:00 a.m. est. via zoom.
